For me, exceptional service has always been about the details.

Before founding Pureza, I built my career in hospitality — working across hotel management, culinary and concierge services, where anticipating people’s needs, maintaining exacting standards and creating beautifully presented environments were simply part of the job.

In recent years, that experience led me into property care and the creation of a boutique property management service for exclusive residences, looking after both private homes and investment properties with the same personal attention.

Pureza grew naturally from that experience.

I saw an opportunity to bring a more considered standard of care into the commercial cleaning industry — one built around quality rather than quantity, trusted people rather than constantly changing faces, and an attention to detail more often associated with exceptional homes and hospitality.

Pureza is intentionally personal. We want to know the workplaces we care for, understand what matters to the people within them, and deliver a standard our clients can rely on every time they walk through the door.
